Really fits our needs.Date:05 August 2013
Recently we had to replace our Fellowes shredders with newer updated models. We are so happy with the new models. Who would think that upgrading shredders could put a smile on so many faces. Easy and efficient to use.

GREAT PRODUCT
Have not used the Shredder too much yet but like it so far. Quiet, Easy to use and looks great as it is out in an open space where customers see it.

A Wonder of Wonders
If you ever worry about getting rid of personal info, this is the machine that will let you sleep at night!
Pros:
- With all of the junk mail that come to my house I was looking for a easy way to get rid of it all
- This baby turns it into unreadable scraps in seconds
- I'm now able to get rid of out work related info with out a care, this shredder is a thing of beauty

Broke out of the box
We ordered this and it took over a week to be delivered. Set it up and shredded a few papers to test it. Moved it into its new home, and the first papers we shredded jammed the machine. Now it will only run backwards. Big waste of money.

This shredder is billed as "Backed by a 2 Year Warranty" on the website, but that is NOT the case. Amazon will not help with the return and the Fellowes, Inc. website that Amazon service sent me to indicates a Limited Warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. Definitely not worth the price.

Great shredder
Great shredder, we use this at the office. Its jam free which is a plus in an office where paper is constantly being shredded. It does a great job at shredding paper ( more of a mince than a shred). Wish it were a bit quieter.

Good choice
I had this shreadder for a couple of weeks, and so far, I am pleased with its performance. It is not overly noisy and does the job. I bought it from Walmart on line, at the lowest price in comparison to others, and a couple of day later I picked it up at my local store.

Love this shredder, powers through boxes of paper and just keeps going! It gauges when there's too much paper and it'll stop so it never jams, and the continuous feed is great because we can finish the shredding without having to wait for it to cool down.

Best Purchase
Bought this shredder for our office to replace an older one. We selected this model based on the caster wheels, waste capacity, shred capacity and the continuous shredding capability. Have had no issues with this since we bought it. Very quiet and easy to operate.
