Nice shredder
Like the quiet and quick. Much better than last unit I had from different company. Issue with this on is the bin doesn't always seat when pushed in, which causes the indicator to show "open" and won't operate.

Product shreds/works well but disappointed in the quality of the drawer that receives the shredded paper as it is flimsy and cheap.

Jam Proof
Fellowes makes a great shredder. This one is pretty quiet and easy to use after you read the manual to figure out the controls. I use white kitchen garbage bags in it so the window indicating the level of shredded stuff is pretty useless.

Quiet and efficient but shredded paper can fail to fall off the blades.
This shredder is much quieter and more efficient that my earlier one. Once in a while it flashes a light showing that the basket is full. Don't believe it. Open in and pull the shreds loose that have not fallen off the motor, and block the sensor, I hope this is not a permanent behavior, but just an...

Okay
The shipment took longer than originally told at day of online purchase. We re ordered the same model as the one we had that no longer worked that we were happy with. And while this new one WORKS and mostly satisfactory- the trash bin is of poor quality and has already begun to fall apart.

Rugged machine
This is our second machine. The first on lasted for about 6 years and started having minor problems with jamming. Overall it lasted for about 7 years before we needed to buy a new machine. Near the end of it's life cycle, we had to cut down to about 5 sheets of paper in order for it not to jam.
