No worth printer
This printer is very worst. It will work in adverse condition. After the First paper print came out then automatically the next paper will struck in the printer then the total print will get collapsed. We have to set again the page setup and number of pages and everything.

HP are the worst printers. Very poor customer care service and you will pay badly on the cartridges . There is a cheat on these - Search google to know more.

I am done with HP
I have the predecessor to this model, the Officejet 7000 Wide-Format. It is junk. There has not been a time that I have owned this when there was not an error light blinking at me. The cartridges are always clogging and they are expensive.

STAGGERINGLY SWIFT SERVICE
ordered on tuesday morning, delivered by 0730am wednesday - still in the shower ! machine is a replacement for an older version and is all as expected - a good basic sound general purpose A3 format machine

can get Wide format printing for Small business with low investment
Pros:

- quality and wireless connection
Cons:
- Dont have an ink tank system

Garbage!
Now on 3rd set of color cartridges, in spite of 99% of the time printing in what I set as 'black only'!
Pros:
- Absolutely not one
Cons:
- I didn't get mine through New Egg but thought it important enough to let everyone know about this fleecer
- In spite of setting things to ONLY use the black ink, this thing will drain the colors in less than 3 months, it also WILL NOT let you print with the black ink only if ANY of the colors are...

An Excellent Purchase
I ordered this Printer as it is a good printer and I had been using it earlier also. When I wanted to buy the same model, I checked on various online site but Snapdeal offered me a wonderful deal and I grabbed it. The Printer was delivered on time as scheduled and I am happy with its performance.

Great large format printer for designers
I am a freelance graphic designer who has been using an Epson Workforce 1100 to print 13 x 19 (Super B) posters for clients.

good printer, not many instructions
I have only used this printer for 13x19 prints and the color is great and crisp. The only issue that it doesn't come with a usb cable so you have to buy one or setup over wifi
