STAGGERINGLY SWIFT SERVICE
ordered on tuesday morning, delivered by 0730am wednesday - still in the shower ! machine is a replacement for an older version and is all as expected - a good basic sound general purpose A3 format machine

An Excellent Purchase
I ordered this Printer as it is a good printer and I had been using it earlier also. When I wanted to buy the same model, I checked on various online site but Snapdeal offered me a wonderful deal and I grabbed it. The Printer was delivered on time as scheduled and I am happy with its performance.

Garbage!
Now on 3rd set of color cartridges, in spite of 99% of the time printing in what I set as 'black only'!
Pros:
- Absolutely not one
Cons:
- I didn't get mine through New Egg but thought it important enough to let everyone know about this fleecer
- In spite of setting things to ONLY use the black ink, this thing will drain the colors in less than 3 months, it also WILL NOT let you print with the black ink only if ANY of the colors are...

HP are the worst printers. Very poor customer care service and you will pay badly on the cartridges . There is a cheat on these - Search google to know more.

HP products are reliable
returned the 7110 a printer/copier and purchased a 7612 all-in-one. Had had a 6700 all-in-one which served me for years that used 932/933 ink. Had extra ink so the 7110 and 7612 used the same ink. Staples' return policy and methods are great!
