Worst refurbs ever!!!
This was, by far, my worst experience for a refurb desktop. The first unit would not boot up. After spending an hour on the phone with a Microsoft tech person(we tried many different things, even reloading the OS) he finally suggested that I return the computer.
Pros:
- good price
- comes with monitor
- i5 processor
- NewEgg customer service
Cons:
- poor quality refurb
- poor quality check
- the company that does these refurbs
