Worst refurbs ever!!!
This was, by far, my worst experience for a refurb desktop. The first unit would not boot up. After spending an hour on the phone with a Microsoft tech person(we tried many different things, even reloading the OS) he finally suggested that I return the computer.

Don't buy refubished and buy only from Best Buy
I purchased the refurbished scanner from the Best Buy web-site from a third party. What a let down when I set it up and the automatic document feeder...
