Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) Review
Although it's pricier than its wired sibling, the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset impresses with a comfortable build, spacious sound, great battery life, and reliable Bluetooth connectivity. The Razer Blackshark V2 ($99.99) has been one of our favorite wired gaming headsets for a few years, but the wireless version, the Blackshark V2 Pro (2020 model, $179.99), didn't appeal as much in part because of its much higher price. The newest iteration of the Blackshark V2 Pro costs even more at $199.99, but it adds Bluetooth connectivity, triples the battery life, and benefits from a more refined and detailed sound signature. It's much better all-around than its predecessor and earns our Editors' Choice award for midrange wireless gaming headsets.Light and Comfortable This headset is physically identical to the previous version, but it's now available in black or white. It's quite light at 11.3 ounces and its earpads use a soft memory foam material with breathable cloth covers. The underside of the headband also features ample padding, while the top sports a faux leather cover. This is all to say you shouldn't experience any comfort issues over long gaming sessions. ...
Pros:
- Crisp, clean sound
- Excellent microphone
- 2.4GHz and Bluetooth connectivity
- Long battery life
Cons:
- No wired connection options
- Bass could be a bit more powerful

Great sound quality and mic, bad quality control
This headset is great when it comes to comfort, battery life, audio quality and mic quality. But after using it for a few months ive noticed that there is something wrong with the left ear cup and speaker. The power button is super loose and you can hear it rattle around when you move your head, the left speaker is starting to crackle when hit with certain frequency and sound (usually voices). And it seems like something might loose in the left side as well because if i have the no sound coming through or very little and i move my head, it sounds like something is lightly rattling inside. Considering the price of these, id say its not a great deal with this issues just a few months in.

Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset review: White and light
The BlackShark V2 Pro is a great wireless headset - one that goes about its business pretty quietly and doesn't shout about itself, but which excels in all the ways that really matter. One hesitation in giving it a total clean bill of health comes where its price is concerned, with a $200 tag that would be so much easier to go for at $150, but sales and discounts will likely take care of that in time.
Pros:
- Easy to adjust
- Great microphone
- Very good sound
Cons:
- Slightly hot on the ears
- Could feel lighter
