Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G (512GB, Phantom Black) AU - Pristine review
When I initially sat down to try and put my thoughts together for this review, I was going to take the “traditional” approach. But since the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has already been available a few weeks, that’s kind of the boring approach.
Pros:
- Slimmer and lighter than the Z Fold 2, Having a foldable phone is still an incredible feeling, S Pen support was a necessary and welcome addition, Phantom Black is the best color on a smartphone
Cons:
- Battery life is still horrible., Cameras are good but not great, The crease is annoying when using the S Pen

The Z Fold 3 is water-resistant, more durable, $500 more affordable than its predecessor, has two good 120Hz refresh rate displays, a top-of-the-line processor, 12GB of RAM, and a user interface that is near perfect.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is the best foldable mobile from the South Koreans to date. But are you absolutely sure that a foldable mobile is something you want?

- Best foldable mobile from Samsung so far. More robust than its predecessor, now being waterproof down to 1.5 meters. Also supports S-Pen. Comes with configuration from top shelf.
Cons:
- Very, very expensive. You could also have expected more from the camera, especially for the price. Poorer battery life than its predecessor. And are foldable mobiles something consumers want at all? We have come to doubt.

All-weather foldable. With the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, Samsung has presented the third generation of its folding smartphone along with many detailed improvements. The foldable leaves a mature impression now, it looks more stable, and it has also become more affordable.

- bright, color-accurate OLED displays with 120 Hz, fast system, long-term updates, IPX8 certification, good positioning capabilities, USB Type-C 3.2 with HDMI/DP and DeX, S Pen support
