Very good quality. As a family we love it. Loved it that much we went out and bought the matching kettle.

Pink perfection
I've wanted a smeg toaster for ages but they normally retail at $299, applicancesonline had them for $162! What a bargain so ordered a pink one and love it. They even delivered it by courier straight to my door! Well impressed, we all know how Australia post refuses to deliver parcels!

Smeg appliances break down after a year
We bought the kettle and the toaster from Smeg. The kettle stopped working after the first year but still on warranty and Smeg supplied a brand new one straight away. Service was beyond my expectations. But the toaster has now broker down (one of the shelves inside) a few months after the warranty.

Very Good.
Excellent build quality. Quite big footprint for 2 slice toaster. Fits large pieces of bread rather than failing to toast the top that can stick out on other toasters. Only complaint is the inability to lift the bread out the toaster for a preview whilst it is still toasting.

Love this toaster
I chose the pink colour for this toaster and it looks stunning in my white kitchen with the matching kettle. The only slight negative is that the slice of bread doesn't brown evenly on both sides, one side is always browner than the other. But this isn't a problem.
