A Fighting game for the masses
Bought as a Christmas present for my nephew. Very pleased with service from Smyths - pre-ordered online and collected in-store, thus saving me a fiver on RRP! Upon collection, also suprisingly received the Steelbook too, which I didn't see any mention of - so again Kudo's to Smyths. THE GAME...

Nintendo Switch Super Smash Bros. Ultimate SUPER SMASH BROS ULT review
It’s not all melancholy and sadness. Again, the online play does work in spurts, it’s just not terribly consistent or reliable. Beyond this blemish (and a lack of Trophies), thankfully, there’s not much Ultimate doesn’t do perfectly. This is the best that Smash Bros. has ever been.

Sometimes I feel bad for Masahiro Sakurai. As the creator of Super Smash Bros., he has poured his heart and soul into the series for more than 20 years now. And yet, one way or another, Smash Bros. has seemingly struggled to escape the long shadow cast by Smash Bros.

- Incredibly tight mechanics for a fighter with more than 70 characters, A complete overload of fantastic single player content, The most amount of polish a Super Smash Bros
- game has ever seen
Cons:
- Minor changes to the presentation feel out of place
- Could use more variety in content

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Review – The Eternal Showdown
Perhaps you remember Smash Bros from days gone by. Getting together with some good friends and wailing on one another until feelings were hurt and battle cries were unleashed. Picking your absolute favorite and watching them decimate or be destroyed.
Pros:
- Tons of distinct fighters
- Many many game modes
- Controls are fluid and precise
Cons:
- World of Light gets repetitive fast
- Not in love with the bonus stage
