I bought this switch to connect one ethernet cable from my router to allow me to connect my TV, Satellite box, and android box together. The unit is really nice and compact, and fits behind the TV where its hidden from sight.

A very simple device, but has made my network faster by using 1 Gigabit. Wish I had purchased one earlier.

Purchased to this extend my ethernet to my xbox, laptop, iMac and future xbox One. Did a speed test on a 100mb line before and after installation. They were exactly the same. Simply plugged the cables in sockets and I was done.
