Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max Review: More Than Anything Else, The Camera is Truly Pro
Apple has given the Pro moniker to the iPhones for the first time. Everything is improved and everything feels better. Yet this isn't a completely new iPhone.
iPhone 11 Pro Max review
The iPhone 11 Pro Max is the best that Apple can cram into a smartphone - the high-end screen, powerful speakers, upgraded processor all support the huge upgrades to the camera. However, this phone is really for the Apple fan or someone that really needs that extra lens or a touch more battery life...- Night mode really shines
- Lovely back
- Reams of power
- Design isn't updated
- Lack of clear innovation beyond the camera
- Most expensive iPhone out
Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max review
The specs only tell half the story and it's the real-world results from Apple's triple-camera phone that really...- Consistent rendition across three cameras
- Excellent HDR results
- High resistance to lens flare
- Natural detail rendition
- No long zoom option
- Ultrawide lens shows a little fringing
Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max review: Making iPhones great again
Over the past few years, when reviewers like us argued about iPhones falling behind Android devices, we were primarily talking about the camera. Let's face it, iPhones were never slow, they never had displays that would qualify as poor, and depending on your usage the app ecosystem on iOS is...
Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max camera review: back on top
For years, the iPhone was regarded as the ultimate in smartphone photography. Supported by Apple's extremely successful #ShotoniPhone marketing campaign, an appropriate technical term for iPhone photography was even established: iPhoneography.Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max vs Huawei Mate30 Pro vs OnePlus 7T vs Samsung Note 10 Plus Camera Comparison
Mobile cameras are great quality these days and 2019 has seen some fantastic mobiles to choose from, but which has the best camera That's what I set out to find out when The Gadget Show kindly lent me the OnePlus 7T, Samsung Note 10+, Apple 11 Pro Max, and Huawei Mate30 Pro.
Apple iPhone 11 PRO MAX (256GB, Space Grey) - Excellent review
The iPhone 11 Pro Max may not offer much in improvement as far as its smartphone functionalities, but Apple took most of its focus on this iPhone’s cameras. The iPhone 11 Pro Max boasts a triple-camera system that gives not just experienced photographers, but also casual shooters and hobbyists...- Super sharp at wide angle Excellent performance and color reproduction in good lighting situations Cleaner camera interface Much improved night performance Much improved image stabilization Plenty of video shooting options Great video editing features Improved photo editing features New shooting...
- Not quite as sharp at ultrawide Transitioning between lenses not smooth Lots of noise in low light Handling not as good as iPhone XS Max
Apple iPhone 11 PRO MAX (256GB, Gold) - As New review
I rarely get a chance to see an Apple device as they do not seem interested in UK journalists. So it is nice when a telecoms company offer one for review. It looks very smart and while it uses much the same system to turn on you are met with a wall of permissions just to get to the Home screen.
Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max Smartphone Review: A leap forwards or more of the same
The release of the iPhone 11 Pro Max coincides with the withdrawal of the iPhone XS Max, which may be a smart move by Apple. There are differences between the two models, but they are not great enough to justify selling both devices alongside each other.- powerful SoC
- a bright OLED display with HDR10
- long battery life
- Wi-Fi 6
- wide LTE frequency support
- great triple rear-facing cameras with excellent video options
- dustproof and waterproof
- no expandable storage
- weak audio performance
- restricted NFC
- only 12 months warranty
- no 5G
- lame wired data transmission speeds
Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max review: The iPhone for all seasons
There are a lot of things which are still missing in the iPhone 11 Pro Max. When brands like OnePlus are offering 90hz display refresh rate or Huawei is offering 50X zoom, Apple isn’t offering these headline acts.
