Completely waste of money and time
1) Washed and dried clothes were very creased, akin to stringy dried crackers. 2) Absolutely appalling customer service or the lack of it. 3) Replacement machine thudded, shook and rattled. For some, it may be a delight to watch the tango in the laundry room. 4) Do not purchase unless you are in for some drama at home and with Beko after sales team.
