I played it for a little bit and didn't like the gameplay. I thought it wasn't very smooth to play and it didn't manage to hold my interest.

Interesting and addictive story. However, at this point in time, you should go with FF XV as it is far superior.
Final Fantasy is a series which captured the hearts of many gamers including myself. Final Fantasy 7 and 10 were some of the best RPG's of all time which had a perfect combination of emotionally touching story and entertaining gameplay.
tres satisfait.
Final Fantasy: Type-0 HD attempts to bring a bit more "grounding" to the typical Final Fantasy story, inspired by historical wars and battles. The game focuses on a group of students who form an alliance known as "Class Zero".
Looks like crap on current gen consoles, but plays amazingly well. So if you are not put-off by crappy graphics you will be in for a treat
Final Fantasy Type-0 may have started life as a PSP game, but its mysterious world and fast-paced combat are still an exciting mix. Shame about the voice acting and interface, though.
Interesting setting and plot; High-speed combat is fun to master; Fun variety of side activities
Flat English voice acting; Clunky spell casting; Twitchy camera and terrible interface
I have played most of the Final Fantasy games over the years, missing out the MMORPG affairs and sucking so badly at others that I had to give it up as a bad job. I have only completed 3 of the games though.
In many ways, the HD console re-release of Final Fantasy: Type-0 was meant to represent the start of Square Enix's attempts to bring the Final Fantasy brand back in the good graces of longtime fans and potential newcomers alike; after an entire console generation of divisive releases and spin-offs,...
Final Fantasy Type-0's gritty tone and fast action is a welcome change of pace.
