Can I use it?
Ordered this product because I do print out pictures on my Photosmart 5514. It has 4 ink cartridge slots. When the package arrived, I saw on the photo black cartridge that it was only for printers with 5 slots. This information would have been helpful on the product page before I purchased it.

Sad.
They print ok, but they are very expensive and don't last long. I know, it is the way the printers works now. Sad.

HP Ink
As it is famous for, HP Ink prints the first time--every time--eventhough this time the mailing box suffered water damage inside and out. Excellent product.

performs flawlessly, costs dearly
every time i buy ink cartridges i have to wonder why this stuff is so expensive. the only answer that makes sense is that they mine it from the ocean floor under the arctic.
Pros:
- Clean Replacement, Easy to Replace, Sharp Tones &
- Colors
Cons:
- Short Cartridge Life
- Too Expensive

Apprently theres a shortage of numbers in the world..
If you pay special attention to to the top corner of the packagings' picture (only!), these cartridges are not for a 4 cartridge HP printer listing the same number of cartridge. They are only for 5 cartridge photo printer using the same cartridges. Very misleading!

Wish they would last longer
It seems like I'm constantly buying new ink cartridges for my hp printer. I'm not printing picture so that can't be the reason. I do print articles sometimes from the Internet, but that's it. The ink works fine. It just doesn't last long enough!

Good, but doesn't last too long
They are reasonably priced cartidges, but they tend to run out sooner than I would expect.

Could be better
The ink seems to run out to way to quickly. Using a highlighter smears the ink. Photos turn out nice. There is room for improvement.
Pros:
- easy to replace
- Clean Replacement
Cons:
- smears easily
- Short Cartridge Life
