While we have used HP printers many years we feel the HP 604 is not as great as the older models. Printer needed service 3 times with in 10 months of purchase. Let's hope it will hold up this time.

We bought this printer to replace an old HP printer and as usual HP printers are strong and reliable. This printer is fast and works well for the 12 people who share it. We even print our checks with it.

Deciding which product to purchase, required quite a bit of research. Figuring out who to purchase it form was easy. Executing the purchase was easier. Shipping a 60 lbs. printer same day??? Priceless... Cannot go wrong with HP, or with BH.

Just purchased this Printer for my office and it works very good. We do a lot of Printing every day so in about 6 mos. I would be able to rate this Printer better! But OK so far.......................
