Awful!
Beware this machine is LOUD! It sounds like propellers starting up. My office is approximately 16x20 and this machine is too loud for my space. They scanning feature is incredibly slow. It seems the machine needs time to calibrate each time you perform an action. It does not get better or faster.

Easy Set Up; Quiet Printer
We purchased this for our small office as a replacement for another HP printer that had lasted 12 years. We've only had the printer since 1 week. So far we are very happy with it. It was easy to set up, prints quickly and quietly.

Overall this printer and fax component are great. Unfortunately scanning is horrible. It doesn't matter if you have a couple pages or 50 pages it will constantly jam and take you 25 minutes to successfully scan a couple pages.

Great for high-volume printing
The major plus for me is that I can put a stack of 3.5x5 cards in the manual tray instead of feeding them one at a time, and it prints on heavy cardstock with a straight print path if you open the rear door.

Its ok
I've owned this printer for about a day and its already jammed 3 times. It jams very easily when legal sized paper or label paper is placed in the tray, very irritating. The manual feed grabs the paper too fast and then it jams Other than that its an ok printer.

HP LaserJet Pro M521dw Multifunctional Mono Laser Printer A8P80A
Brilliant printer for the office. The HP LaserJet Pro M521dw combines fax, scanner, copier and printer into one small machine which will sit neatly on a desk or bench. I find it very convenient that it works both wired and wireless.

HP Printer - a grand choice
First time buying a printer, what a daunting task. Needed to make sure ticked all boxes for department and there's a lot of choice out there. Knew HP were good so went with them, never heard of printerbase but experience has been fantastic.

Fast and Reliable
We've been using this printer for a couple of weeks now. Setup is straight-forward, and the printer/copier/scanner is fast and reliable. Very impressed with this model and its embedded HP print engine. I highly recommend this for a small office as a shared network printer/scanner/copier.

Ordered for a smaller office (15 people). Has been a great printer, scanner, copier and fax machine. Next to faxing, scanning to networked PC's is the most common use. The duplex scanning for two sided originals is especially handy. Very good quality printing.
