HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 5000 s2 Sheet-feed Scanner is ideal to be used in small to mid-sized business enterprises or a small workgroup to digitize their documents; and add much needed efficiency to their work.
Pros:
- Good software selection
- Duplex scanning in one pass
- Decent scanning speed
- ADF
- LCD display for choosing scan profiles
- Compact in size
- Exceptional scan quality
Cons:
- Heavy
- Bit expensive
- Faces some issues while scanning cards/small font documents

Professional
It is very fast, and easy to use, love the features that allow you to separate many pages into different documents. And the compact size for your desktop allowing for it to be close at hand. Very professional machine. I'd highly recommend it.

The HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 5000 s2 Sheet-feed Scanner is a little slow, but largely makes up for it with an impressively capable scan utility.
Pros:
- Duplex scanning
- Scan utility saves to a variety of formats including PDF, searchable PDF, and Word
Cons:
- Measured scan speed is a little slower than expected for the rating

The ADF is "single-pass," meaning that the scanner itself has two heads and therefore scans both sides of the page at the same time, without having to pull the original back inside the machine to scan the second side.

Great Scanner
We've been using 2 of these scanners for a couple of years in our HR department. Recently we started a project of scanning all (1600) of our personnel files and this scanner has been great. With the various settings and 2 sided scanning it has made the project manageable.

Excellent And Well Built
I had a Neat scanner and it is flakey. I needed something better to use and this fits the bill!
