Item arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Took less than five minutes to install. A mix of Windows 7 and WinXP computers plus four network printers were connected and running in no time at all. Silent operation due to lack of a fan; no problems with heat since I have it well ventilated.

I have about a dozen of these in service for different customer locations. If you do not need a managed switch, this is a solid, fast, mid priced performer.
