Control panel(joystick) not working after 1 month

PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT NOW. SEARCH on the net and you will see many people have the same issue that the control panel will stop working less than 3 months, some of them have the HDR mode on and I am not even using that mode, but the panel still managed to stop working. Also, there is no way for you to turn off the display(even using the on-screen control app), unless you unplug the monitor EVERY SINGLE TIME. Only buy this if there is an update that allows you to turn off the display through the app. I purchased it less than 2 months ago.

Amazing Monitor

Got 2 of these on the Black Friday sale. Monitor looks amazing after upgrading from 1080p 144Hz TN panel. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get into 1440p gaming with a Nano IPS display. This now leads to second part of my review, out of the 2 monitors I got one of them had a vertical blue line on the left side of the screen and tried to return this PB today for repair / replacement. They could not issue a replacement monitor in the mean time due to LG policy so please keep this in mind when buying LG products that might be faulty / defective which is totally disappointing. SOLID 1440P MONITOR!

One of the best monitors I've used. Pros: Texts are clear, for someone who cant quite make out how big 27inch monitors on a 80cm deep desk would be, let me tell you this monitor is put right up against the back of the wall and everything is perfectly in view, Colours are accurate, controls are easy to use. Runs all my games really well. Cons: HDR could have been better otherwise all else is fine!

Really like this monitor.

Moved to this monitor from VA. Apart from a slightly worse blacks (which are still acceptable imo), this monitor is so crisp and wins in pretty much every other domain for gaming. I’m really enjoying it.

Great monitor. Going from a standard 24inch non gaming monitor to this was mind blowing. No complaints here.
