Great Product and works very well with a Mac PC
I have been using these joysticks since day one, and found them to be reliable, crisp and programmable. Ever since the old days of Combat Flight Simulator I have used the Extreme 3D Pro which is about 15 yrs.
This is best product for flight simulation very handy for use nd cheep in price
sturdy and well built; lots of uttons to make use of
springs may feel heavy for long flights; note buttons on left so not so good for left side Airbus use or left handers; Throttle has little travel so not so good for subtle changes; But I am nit picking here
excellent product, very easy to set up and start using
For the games that i use it for its perfect. But if you do much more on the actual simulator type of flying it does not have the required controls.
Back in my earlier days of PC gaming, one of my best friends and I would fly flight simulators and try to rescue POWs or take out SAM sites while having a couple drinks and falling behind on our class reports.
I purchased the 3D Pro for LockOn Modern Air Combat and DCS World and it worked great right the box. Military aircraft have a lot of functions and the programmable buttons were easily key binded to their particular assignments.
Putting three base buttons per side would have made this the ultimate stick for lef- or right handers alike but five will do for most games.
Build quality; 11 buttons
Only the stick is ambidextrous
