great buy
These binoculars are sturdy and very accurate. Great for bird watching. Though not compact, they are great for the backpack and feel easy on the eye area. They adjust to different sized faces which is great for the entire family to make use of.

Cons:
- Little bulky to wear
- May encourage you to buy a big telescope

Nikon ACULON 7X35
That's an improved version of action CF series. Defenitely a better rubbered body, good anti-shock protection and it weighs less than those previous. Satisfied with this new offer from Nikon

Feels great
Received these as replacements; so far they are clear and easy to focus. Only 4 stars for the weight, I expected a 7x35 to be a little lighter.

Outstanding, unbelievable for the price
These binoculars are quite incredible for the price. Pin sharp images. Ultra wide field of view. Fast smooth focussing. There is some edge CA in some circumstances, but the view is so wide, it is never bothersome.

Fairly Good Optics, Plastic Eye Cup Odor
These binoculars are an exceptional value. The optics yield images that are bright, high contrast and fairly sharp. However, there is considerable field curvature that some may find objectionable.
