The iPhone 13 remains a strong upgrade for those who haven’t switched phones for a number of years, especially when the smaller updates of the iPhone 14 are taken into consideration.
Pros:
- Much improved battery life, Bright, vivid OLED display, Excellent main camera, You haven’t upgraded in a few years: The iPhone 13 takes all the iPhone 12’s great features and adds in a better camera, more video modes and far better battery life.
Cons:
- No ProMotion, No optical zoom, You want the fastest screen: If a 120Hz screen is on your list, then this isn’t the phone for you. We would suggest going for the iPhone 13 Pro instead.

Apple iPhone 13 review
In my opinion, the iPhone 13 is a bigger update to the series than the iPhone 12 was. The iPhone 12 represented a major design update, and one that I’m glad has stuck around. But the iPhone 13 offers improvements where it really counts — the battery, and the camera.
Pros:
- Great camera, Excellent performance, Design is excellent, Better battery
Cons:
- No ProMotion display

iPhone 13 review: The best keeps getting better
Aside from a couple of small omissions, the iPhone 13 is a fantastic device that puts most of the competition to shame. Thanks to some welcome improvements to the camera and battery, plus the larger 128GB base storage, it no longer feels like as much of a step down from the Pro and Pro Max.

- Improved camera, Cinematic mode is incredible, Great battery life, Larger 128GB base model storage

- Only 60Hz screen, Faster charging would be nice

Cons:
- No macro or telephoto, Lightning rather than USB-C, iPhone 12 offers most of the same for less

Unlucky number? Doesn't matter! The 13th generation of one of the mainstays among smartphones is now once again trying to appease Apple fans and convert Android disciples. To accomplish this, it features a new processor, longer battery life and sensor shift image stabilization.
Pros:
- very bright OLED display..., ...with excellent color accuracy, sharp pictures with good contrast, one of the fastest smartphones, good battery life, wide variety of accessories available, good signal strength, fast Wi-Fi
Cons:
- display limited to 60 Hz, mediocre sound at maximum volume, no macro lens, case noticeably warm under load, wide notch
